About ZLC Corp

Built on machines, people, and follow-through since 2006.

Started in Walnut Creek, ZLC began with residential remodels, then took on hundreds of pool removals by 2011, and stepped into commercial demolition in 2014. We’ve been expanding across Northern California ever since.

Now based in Concord, we’ve grown our capabilities year after year, adding concrete cutting and coring in 2019, underground utilities in 2020, and concrete construction in 2021.

Today, we handle demolition, utilities, concrete, and excavation under one contract. One team, fewer handoffs, and projects finished on time, done right, every time.
